Spring to Fall, 2023
This year, Friends of MacGregor brought back our bottle collection bin, a fund-raising project that has been on hold since the start of COVID in 2020. Utilizing an online sign-up program implemented by Sue Little, many dedicated volunteers gave time over the spring, summer and fall to help us sort and return bottles to raise money for our projects in the park. We have deposited over $2000 from this project so far this year. If you would like to help us with this worthwhile project next year, it requires a couple of hours twice a week. This year, most volunteers committed four days to the bottle sort. Thanks to everyone who participated!
