Garlic Mustard Pull

Our volunteers were out helping park staff to remove the invasive species, Garlic Mustard, from an area of Deer Run Trail. Fourteen garbage bags of the plant were removed. Garlic Mustard has become a very prolific invader of our forests, roadsides, and along our trails. Other plants are being choked out and biodiversity in the ecosystem is being reduced by this invader. Thank you to our volunteers for helping out!
