Farewell to Kathleen

The Friends of MacGregor Point Park would like to thank Kathleen for her many years of excellent service at the Visitor Center, and wish her all the best on her new job at the Pinery Provincial Park. Kathleen started working at the Visitor Center as a summer student in 2012. She became a resource technician in 2014 and became Discovery Program Leader in 2017.

Her friendliness and passion for nature and environmental education made her a valuable resource for the Friends of MacGregor Point Park. The Friends appreciate her contributions to the Friends group and commitment to the park during her work here. She helped to create excellent resources and her leadership abilities were appreciated by both students and the Friends organization.
