The park was impacted greatly by a vicious storm that rolled through the Saugeen Shores area on Tuesday, September 7. Many trails, roads, and campsites had uprooted trees and fallen debris. A work party was organized to assist the maintenance crew in cleaning up parking lots, campsites, and trails. Thank you to Al Broussard, Bruce Edmunds, Liz Addison, Michael Rea, and Sue Little for volunteering your time to lend a hand.
